We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), and message.
- Quote request: your answers about the service you need, your product, timing, plus name, email, phone (optional) and company (optional).
- Appointment booking: your name, email, phone (optional), notes, and the time you select.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or recommendation.
- To schedule, confirm, and hold booked consultations.
- To deliver contracted services and communicate about them.
You will receive a confirmation email when you submit a form or book a call. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask for them, and we never sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run this site and respond to you: our hosting provider (Hostinger, which also delivers our email) and our booking/form software running on this site. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies and browser storage — for example, remembering that you dismissed the announcement bar for your session, and the caching our host uses to load pages faster. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the working relationship plus any period required for tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@sunstoneqa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are stored in a hardened managed environment, and access to enquiry data is limited to the consultant who responds to you.
